Damascus, Apr. 28 (SANA) The Communications and Information Technology Minister, Abdul Salam Haykal has officially launched the 12th edition of the International Exhibition for Information and Communication Technology, “Syria HiTech 2026” on Tuesday at the Damascus Fairgrounds.
The launching ceremony was attended by ministers of Administrative Development, Mohammad al-Skaf and Transportation, Yarub Badr.
The four-day event brings together 150 specialized companies representing 345 local and international brands from 45 countries.
The exhibition serves as Syria’s premier platform for digital transformation, showcasing the latest advancements in informatics, high-speed internet, and hardware.
The exhibition will run until May 1, featuring a series of technical lectures and seminars led by prominent academic and industrial figures.
