Damascus, April 24 (SANA) Syrian Minister of Justice Mazhar al-Wais met on Thursday with Jubeir Shalal Akab, chargé d’affaires of the Iraqi embassy in Damascus, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in legal and judicial fields.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice on its Telegram channel, the meeting, held at the ministry’s headquarters in Damascus, addressed issues of mutual interest and explored avenues to enhance coordination between the two sides.
The talks come as part of ongoing efforts by the ministry to maintain consultation and cooperation in a way that supports relations between Syria and Iraq.
