Quneitra, April 14 (SANA) – Israeli occupation forces fired two artillery shells Tuesday evening targeting the vicinity of Tal al-Ahmar al-Sharqi and agricultural lands north of Bariqa Dam in the southern Quneitra countryside.
SANA’s correspondent reported that the shells were launched from the occupied Syrian Golan, with no human casualties reported.
The Israeli occupation continues its violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria, as well as attacks on civilians, including raids, arrests and land bulldozing.
Syria has repeatedly called for the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from its lands, stressing that all measures taken by the occupation in southern Syria are null and void under international law.
It also urges the international community to assume its responsibilities, deter the occupation’s violations and compel it to fully withdraw from Syrian territory.
