London, Apr. 1 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa met on Tuesday with King Charles III of the United Kingdom at Buckingham Palace in London, where they discussed ways to develop cooperation between the two countries in a manner that serves mutual interests.
King Charles III expressed his support for Syria and solidarity with the Syrian people in their efforts to rebuild their state.
Earlier Tuesday, President al-Sharaa arrived in London on an official visit to the United Kingdom, accompanied by a ministerial delegation, during which he met senior British officials, representatives of British companies, and business leaders, following a trip to Germany.
