Damascus, March 5 (SANA) Syrian Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Kabawat met Lebanese ambassador to Syria Henry Coston to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in social and humanitarian fields.
The meeting addressed issues related to refugees, displacement, labor conditions, and economic and legal matters. Both sides stressed the importance of continued coordination amid recent regional developments.
The discussions come as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation between Syria and Lebanon, particularly as security tensions and Israeli strikes on Lebanon have prompted many Syrian residing there to return home.
