Damascus, Feb. 9 (SANA) Syrian Defense Minister, Maj. Gen. Murhaf Abu Qasra, affirmed that the ministry’s national duty is not confined to military operations but extends to assisting civilians and addressing their needs during various circumstances, disasters, and crises that require collective cooperation.
Abu Qasra stated on X that the ministry “will spare no effort” to aid families affected by floods in Idleb and Lattakia provinces.
