Four civilians arrested by Israeli occupation forces; fate of three still unknown

Israeli occupation forces arrested four Syrian young men from the same family in the Hafayer area of northern Quneitra countryside on Sunday, according to SANA’s correspondent.

The four men had been working to rehabilitate and repair a farm that was damaged by Israeli forces the previous day. As they returned from the site, an Israeli checkpoint near the Khan Arnabeh junction stopped them and placed them under arrest.

SANA’s correspondent reported that the occupation forces released one of the detainees, while the fate of the remaining three young men remains unknown.

The arrest comes as part of the repeated aggressive practices carried out by the Israeli occupation against residents in rural Quneitra. Such violations aim to pressure civilians, disrupt their agricultural and daily work, and undermine their ability to maintain access to essential resources and sustain normal living conditions.\
