Members of subcommittees in Ras al-Ain, of Hasakah Governate and Tal Abyad and Ma’adan areas of the Raqqa Governate have taken the legal oath before the chairman of the Higher commit of People’s Assembly Elections.
The spokesperson of the Higher committee Nawar Najma told SANA that based on the committee’s decision to conduct the election in some areas of Hasakah and Raqqa Governates, it has appointed subcommittees in these areas.
The members of the subcommittees took the legal oath on Sunday before the committee chairman in accordance with the electoral system.
Syria’s Higher Committee for People’s Assembly Elections had set 5 October as the date for voting for members of the People’s Assembly.
