Ankara, SANA – Vice President of Turkey, Cevdet Yılmaz, condemned the Israeli attacks on Syria.
“Israel’s attacks on Syria constitute a clear threat not only to Syrian sovereignty, but also to the stability and prosperity of our region. I condemn in the strongest terms these attacks targeting regional stability,” the Turkish Vice President said in a post on X.
He added: “Israel’s continued aggressive stance during this period is a clear attempt to sabotage regional peace and international law.”
Yilmaz said that Turkey will continue to firmly defend Syria’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the security of its brotherly people.
He pointed out that Turkey urges all parties supporting stability in the region to support Syria’s sovereignty and international law.
