UK welcomes ceasefire agreement in Sweida

London,SANA-UK Special envoy for Syria, Ann snow, has welcomed the ceasefire agreement in Sweida.

Snow said in a post on the X platform: “Good that a ceasefire has been agreed in Sweida and I welcome the many supportive statements”.

Snow noted that Syrian Presidency’s commitment to protect all Syrians and ensure accountability of all is important. For the sake of all Syrians, critical to adhere to the ceasefire and end the cycle of violence.
