Amman, SANA- Jordan affirmed Tuesday its full support for the Syrian government to achieve security, stability and prosperity in the brotherly country of Syria.
“Jordan cooperates with Syrian brothers in various fields to overcome major challenges,” Jordan News Agency quoted Jordanian Prime Minister, Jaafar Hassan, as saying during a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart, Mostafa Madbouly, in Amman.
In this context, Mr. Hassan added that the regional challenges facing the two brotherly countries are the same, foremost of which, the Palestinian issue and the brutal war waged by Israel on Gaza Strip.
The two sides stressed the necessity of intensifying efforts to end Israel’s brutal war on Gaza, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian supplies and rejecting starvation’s policy in Gaza as well as provocative measures in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
