Washington, SANA-The US State Department hoped that the formation of the transitional government would represent a positive step for an inclusive and representative Syria.
U.S. Embassy in Damascus posted a comment on its X platform, from US Department of State spokesperson Tammy Bruce, in which she said: “We recognize the struggle of the Syrian people who have suffered decades under the despotic rule and of oppression of al-Assad regime, and we hope that the formation of the transitional government represents a positive step for an inclusive and representative Syria.”
