Netherland, SANA – The Council of Syrian Arab Tribes in Europe held its first founding conference today in the Dutch city of Zoetermeer, with the participation of representatives of Syrian tribes residing in several European countries.
The conference aimed to strengthen cultural and social ties among them and enhance their presence in host communities.
Participants emphasized that the establishment of the council represents a societal step aimed at preserving identity and belonging, and providing a platform for communication among members of Syrian tribes abroad, while emphasizing the importance of positive integration and respect for European laws.
This move represents a qualitative step towards strengthening cultural and social ties among members of the Syrian communities. The founding congress reflects a clear desire to preserve identity and belonging, and paves the way for a new organizational launch that will contribute to representing the voice of the Syrian tribes on the European stage.
