Jakarta, Sept. 15 (SANA) Syria’s National Mini Football Team secured a 5-0 victory over Japan at the 2026 Asian Mini Football Cup in Indonesia on Tuesday, recovering from its previous setback in the continental competition.
The win lifted Syria’s tally to six points from two victories and one defeat, keeping the team in contention as it continues its campaign in the tournament.
Syria produced a strong performance throughout the match, controlling play and displaying attacking efficiency to claim a convincing victory over Japan.
