Hama, May 14 (SANA) Al-Nawair advanced to the Men’s Handball League final after defeating Al-Shouleh 28–21 in the second leg of their semi-final in Hama on Wednesday, completing a 60–48 aggregate victory following their 32–27 first-leg win in Damascus.
Al-Nawair will face the winner of the other semi-final between Al-Jaish and Al-Taliya.
Coach Hakam Al-Sabbagh praised his team’s disciplined performance and tactical execution, while Al-Shouleh coach Ibrahim Al-Hariri pointed to attempts to correct earlier mistakes, particularly the lack of focus.
Al-Jaish and Al-Taliya are meeting in the other semi-final at the Naseh Alwani Sports Hall in Hama.
