Al-Ahli Aleppo beat Hutteen 4–1 to extend lead in Syrian Premier League

Al-Ahli Aleppo strengthened their lead in the Syrian Premier League after defeating Hutteen 4–1 in Latakia, while several clubs secured key wins in the same round.

Latakia, March 11 (SANA) Al-Ahli Aleppo strengthened their hold on the Syrian Premier League lead after a 4–1 comeback win over Hutteen on Tuesday at the Latakia Municipal Stadium.

Hutteen initially took the lead through Ahmad Mohia, but the visitors responded with four goals to secure the victory. Hamza al-Kurdi equalized in the 32nd minute before Mohammad Raihania added a second in the 64th. Anas Dahan extended the lead in the 79th minute, and Emmanuel Mahoub sealed the result deep into stoppage time.

The match was part of the league’s 13th round.

Elsewhere in the round, Homs Al Fidaa defeated Al-Fotuwa 3–0, while Al-Shouleh beat Omaya 1–0. Al-Jaish secured a narrow 1–0 victory against Ahli Damascus, and Tishreen defeated Al-Hurriya 2–0. Al-Tali’a also edged Jableh 1–0.

The round will conclude Wednesday with two matches in Damascus. Al-Karama face Khan Sheikhoun at Al-Jalaa Stadium, while Al-Wahda play Al-Shorta at Al-Fayhaa Stadium.
