London, Jan. 3 (SANA) Arsenal maintained their grip on the top of the Premier League with a 3-2 win at Bournemouth in Saturday’s 20th-round clash.
Bournemouth took the lead in the 10th minute through Ivanilson, but Gabriel equalized for Arsenal six minutes later. The second half saw Arsenal take control as Declan Rice scored twice, in the 54th and 71st minutes, before Krobi pulled one back for Bournemouth in the 76th minute.
The victory moves Arsenal to 48 points, six clear of second-placed Aston Villa, while Bournemouth remains 15th with 23 points.
