Syria’s under-17 national football team secured a 1–0 victory over Jordan Friday in Aqaba, Jordan, concluding the first round of the West Asian Championship.
The winning goal was scored by Abdulhadi Hariri, propelling Syria to the top of Group B in the first round with six points.
