Damascus, Sept. 6 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. 165 of 2026 on Sunday, appointing Dr. Abdul Razzaq Mohammad al-Hussein as president of the Syrian University for Security Sciences.
The university was established under Decree No. 146 of 2026, issued by President al-Sharaa on July 5, as a specialized scientific public institution of an administrative nature.
