Damascus, Dec.9 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa received Tuesday congratulatory cables from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa on the occasion of Liberation Day.
In his message, King Hamad extended his warmest congratulations and sincere wishes to President Al-Sharaa for continued health and happiness, and to the brotherly Syrian people for further progress and prosperity. He praised the deep fraternal ties between the two countries and the steady growth of bilateral cooperation across all fields.
President al-Sharaa also received a similar congratulatory cable from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa on the same national occasion.
President al-Sharaa received yesterday additional Liberation Day greetings from a number of heads of state, kings, and leaders from various countries.
