Vienna. June 3 (SANA) A Syrian delegation led by Deputy Justice Minister Mustafa al-Qassem held a bilateral meeting with officials from the Terrorism Prevention Branch (TPB) of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on the sidelines of the 35th session of the UN Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Vienna.
The delegation comprised Interior Ministry adviser Brig. Gen. Samer al-Hussein, Foreign Ministry official Yasser al-Farhan, and Justice Ministry’s international cooperation director Mohammad Samer al-Abd.
From the UNODC side, Fernanda Lombardi, Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer in the (TPB) of the Treaty Affairs Division, participated along with several officials.
