A delegation from the Syrian Interior Ministry, headed by Brigadier General Marwan al-Ali, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, took part,Friday, in a workshop titled “Procedures for Investigation and Evidence in Economic and Financial Crimes.”

The event was organized by Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS) n cooperation with the Italian Interagency Law Enforcement Academy of Advanced Studies,held in Rome.
The workshop addressed several specialized topics, including technical skills and investigative methods related to economic and financial crimes. It also explored ways to strengthen Arab and international cooperation in developing relevant legislation and exchanging expertise and knowledge among law enforcement agencies from participating countries.
