New York, March 31 (SANA) Recent studies show growing openness among Americans to AI-managed workplaces, with more employees willing to let intelligent systems handle task distribution and scheduling.
A survey by Quinebaug University of 1,397 U.S. adults, conducted March 19–23, 2026, found that 15% were willing to work under AI supervision. While most still prefer human managers, companies are increasingly using AI for administrative tasks.
Firms such as Workday, Amazon and Uber are using AI to streamline processes, from approving expenses to reviewing presentations. However, 70% of respondents fear AI could reduce job opportunities, while 30% are concerned about losing their own jobs.
