China successfully launched a new batch of satellites into space today from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province, northern China.
According to Xinhua News Agency, the satellites part of the emerging “Space Cell” constellation were deployed using a modified Long March-6 carrier rocket. The payload reached its designated orbit as planned.
This marks the 601st mission in the Long March rocket series, underscoring China’s continued momentum in space exploration and satellite deployment.
Yesterday, China also launched a rocket carrying internet-focused satellites, further expanding its presence in the global space and communications sector.
