An earthquake of magnitude 6,9 struck near the Eastern Visayas region in the Philippines on Tuesday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said.
According to USGS’’the epicenter of the quake was around 11 kilometers east-southeast of Calape in Bohol province. There are no reports of human injuries or material damage’’
There was no tsunami threat after the quake, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.
