Damascus, SANA – Dr. Hamza al-Mustafa, Minister of Information, has emphasized the need to enhance comprehensive media coverage of events and activities in the Eastern Region, particularly in Deir Ezzor governorate. He also called for overcoming all challenges facing media work there.
This directive came during a meeting between Minister al-Mustafa and the Deir Ezzor Media Directorate where they discussed the current state of media operations in the governorate and the main difficulties encountered, stressing the media’s role in conveying an accurate picture of developmental efforts and socio-economic events in the region.
The meeting also explored ways to improve media mechanisms to ensure professional media content reaches all segments of society, recognizing the Eastern Region’s importance and vitality within the Syrian national landscape.
