President al-Sharaa reviews projects on rehabilitation and development plans

President Ahmad al-Sharaa reviewed on Saturday several proposals for rehabilitation and real estate development projects in central Damascus and other provinces.

The review took place during a meeting at the General Secretariat of the Presidency, where President al-Sharaa was also briefed on proposals to upgrade airports and improve infrastructure in several neighborhoods across different provinces. The proposals aim to strengthen public services and support broader infrastructure development.

President al-Sharaa had earlier highlighted the real estate sector as a major investment opportunity for Syria. Speaking at a panel during the Future Investment Initiative 2025 conference in Riyadh last October, he said the sector holds significant potential for economic growth.
