Syria’s Minister of Interior, Anas Khattab, honored the top three graduates of the new Internal Security Forces personnel training course in Tartous Province in recognition of their outstanding performance and to promote a spirit of excellence and constructive competition among the Ministry’s personnel.
The Ministry of Interior noted in a post on its official Telegram channel that, as a gesture of appreciation, the Training and Qualification Directorate also honored Minister Khattab for his continuous support in developing and training the Ministry’s staff.
During the graduation ceremony on Monday, Minister Khattab also honored the father of martyr Ali Jamil al-Tatari, a trainer at the Training and Qualification Directorate, in recognition of his son’s dedication and contributions to safeguarding national security and stability. The Ministry emphasized that the tribute reflects its commitment to honoring the families of martyrs and acknowledging their sacrifices for Syria’s safety and sovereignty.
The event was attended by senior Ministry officers, official representatives, community leaders, and religious figures from various provinces. Speakers highlighted the importance of reinforcing national values and professional ethics within the security forces, and emphasized the role of the new graduates in supporting the national security system and maintaining stability.
According to the Ministry, the graduation ceremony coincided with an important national stage, approaching the Liberation anniversary, symbolizing the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its ranks with trained and disciplined personnel committed to protecting citizens and upholding the rule of law. The event included a military parade performed by the Infantry Unit and a demonstration of specialized security vehicles, reflecting the high level of training and the Ministry’s determination to enhance security, stability, and crime prevention across the country.
