Occupied Jerusalem, Sept. 20 (SANA)  Israeli forces detained eight Palestinians on Saturday in Ad-Duqaiqa village in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and carried out raids in four towns across the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian official media.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the eight Palestinians were detained after Israeli settlers attacked residents of the village and allegedly attempted to steal livestock.

In separate incidents, Israeli forces raided the towns of Deir Dibwan, Hizma, Deir Abu Mashaal and Silwad. No injuries or additional arrests were reported.

Earlier on Saturday, settlers cut the main water pipeline supplying Ad-Duqaiqa village in Masafer Yatta, leaving around 700 residents without their primary source of water, according to WAFA.

The incidents come amid continued reports of raids, arrests and settler attacks in the occupied West Bank.
