Mogadishu, July 4(SANA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia condemned, in the strongest terms, the terrorist bombing that targeted a café in Damascus on Thursday.
The ministry said in a statement on Saturday that Somalia extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the Syrian Arab Republic, particularly families of the victims, wishing a speedy and full recovery for all those injured.
It affirmed Somalia’s full solidarity with Syria in these difficult circumstances, renewing its support for its security, stability and the safety of its people.
The bombing that targeted a café in al-Hijaz area last Thursday near the Palace of Justice in Damascus killed 10 civilians and injured 21 others.
