Jeddah, April 16 (SANA) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Jeddah to discuss regional and international developments, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Talks focused on the latest developments in the region, particularly U.S.-Iran discussions hosted by Pakistan, as well as bilateral relations between the two countries.
Both sides stressed the importance of continued diplomatic efforts to support regional stability. The Saudi crown prince also praised the efforts of the Pakistani leadership, including the prime minister and military officials, in this regard.
Pakistani sources said Islamabad is expected to host a second round of talks between the United States and Iran next week.
