Beirut, April 10 (SANA) The death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 1,953 killed and 6,303 injured.

According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the Emergency Operations Center at the Ministry of Health said in a statement on Friday that casualties from the wave of Israeli attacks since April 8 has reached 357 killed and 1,223 injured.

The center noted that the figures remain preliminary as rescue teams continue clearing rubble from targeted sites, with many remains requiring DNA testing to confirm the identities of victims before final figures are announced.

Since March 2, Lebanon has witnessed continued Israeli attacks following strikes launched by Hezbollah, resulting in widespread destruction and significant human and material losses.
