Occupied Jerusalem, April 7 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces arrested 19 Palestinians on Tuesday across the West Bank, Palestinian media reported.
According to the WAFA news agency, Israeli troops carried out raids in the cities of Nablus and Tulkarm, as well as in Qalandiya refugee camp north of Jerusalem, Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem, the town of Bruqin west of Salfit, and Beit Ummar north of Hebron.
The arrests followed house searches and reported property damage, WAFA said.
Separately, settlers uprooted about 400 olive trees in the plains of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah in the central West Bank. Others set fire to a tent near the town of Mikhmas, north of Jerusalem.
On Monday, Israeli forces arrested 11 Palestinians across the West Bank, while a young man was wounded by gunfire in Jaba’a, south of Jenin.
