Occupied Jerusalem, April 5 (SANA) Israeli strikes in Gaza and raids across the West Bank and Jerusalem left several Palestinians dead and others detained on Sunday, according to Palestinian sources.
Palestinian medical sources said three people were killed in an airstrike targeting a gathering near al-Shawa Square in eastern Gaza City, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
The deaths bring the toll since the October ceasefire to 720, with more than 1,968 people reported injured.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out raids across several areas in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, detaining a number of Palestinians after storming homes and setting up checkpoints.

Arrests were reported in Ramallah, al-Bireh and Nablus, including one following a vehicle stop in Beit Iba, with operations extending to nearby towns.
Further arrests were reported in Bethlehem, while raids were also carried out in Anata and al-Eizariya in Jerusalem.
In Beita, north of Nablus, Palestinian sources said Israeli forces assaulted a Red Crescent ambulance crew, while a Palestinian man was shot near the separation barrier in Beit Ula, south of Hebron.
The developments come amid ongoing daily raids and reported settler attacks, including an assault on a home in Marah Rabah near Bethlehem that left one person injured.
