Beirut, Apr 2 (SANA) The death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 1,318, with 3,935 people wounded, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health said on Thursday.
According to a daily report issued by the ministry’s Emergency Operations Center, 50 people were killed and 185 injured over the past 24 hours.
Israel has intensified its attacks on Lebanon since early March, carrying out daily airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs as well as wide areas in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley, following strikes by Hezbollah on Israeli positions.
