Kuwait, March 14 (SANA) Three Kuwaiti soldiers were injured on Saturday after two drones targeted Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base in southern Kuwait, the Ministry of Defense announced.
Spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Col. Saud Al Atwan, said in a post on X that the Kuwaiti army detected seven hostile drones over the past 24 hours, three of which were destroyed.
He added that two drones fell in an uninhabited area, while the remaining two targeted Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base, injuring three soldiers and causing material damage.
Kuwait International Airport was also targeted last Thursday by several drones, causing material damage, as Iranian missile and drone attacks on Gulf countries and other states in the region continue.
