Kuwait announces its condemnation of Iranian attacks on Oman

Kuwait, Mar. 1 (SANA) Kuwait on Sunday condemned the Iranian aggressions that targeted the Sultanate of Oman, describing them as a blatant violation of international law and the UN Charter.

In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Kuwait’s full solidarity with Oman and its support for all measures taken by Muscat to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability.

Oman earlier reported that two drones struck the port of Duqm on the country’s southeastern coast, in addition to an attack on an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, the strategic waterway linking the Arabian Gulf to the Gulf of Oman.
