Amman , SANA – Jordan reaffirmed its rejection and condemnation of Israel’s actions aimed at annexing the West Bank and undermining the two-state solution.
Government spokesperson Mohammad al-Momani stated that Israel has no sovereignty over Palestinian lands and cannot diminish Palestinians’ right to establish their own state.
He emphasized that such actions are a blatant violation of international law and UN resolutions.
Al-Momani reiterated that West Bank is occupied territory, and Israel is the occupying power. He concluded that true security and stability can only be achieved by ending the occupation and establishing an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
