According to SANA reporter, the clinic will begin treatment for mild cases while referring more advanced conditions to specialized hospitals.

The initiative aims to strengthen community-based mental health services and improve access to prevention and rehabilitation programs, particularly at the local level in the Damascus countryside.

The opening of this clinic underscores growing cooperation between Syrian health authorities and international organizations in tackling public health challenges.
