720 cars from South Korea arrive at the port of Tartous

720 cars from South Korea arrive at the port of Tartous

Tartous, SANA- A ship carrying 720 cars from South Korea arrived early Tuesday at Tartous Port, General Authority for Land and Sea Ports said.

Mazen Alloush, Director of Relations at the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports, said that the port received a commercial cargo ship coming from South Korea, and 720 cars were unloaded at the port.

Alloush said that the cargo ship will leave Tartous port for Germany reflecting the distinguished position of the port of as a reliable logistical gateway in the Mediterranean region, and a safe center for the transit of Asian goods heading to Europe.

On April 28th, a ship from South Korea arrived at Tartous port, carrying around 3,200 cars.
