Rome, April 20 (SANA) A Syrian delegation headed by Agriculture Minister Amjad Badr arrived in Rome to take part in the Regional Conference for the Near East, held at the headquarters of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
The conference is set to address challenges facing food and agricultural systems across the region, with a focus on strengthening food security and promoting sustainable agriculture.
Participants are also expected to discuss ways to enhance regional cooperation and exchange expertise aimed at developing agricultural policies and supporting sustainable development.
