Damascus, Feb. 11 (SANA) Syrian Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal al-Shaar met with Swedish Deputy Minister of Migration and International Development Cooperation Anders Hall in Damascus to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral relations and opening new horizons for economic and legal partnership between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues for enhancing cooperation in the judicial and commercial sectors, supporting legal and trade frameworks, and facilitating economic exchanges. They affirmed that such steps would foster joint investment and trade.
The meeting comes as part of ongoing efforts to develop economic and legal relations between Syria and Sweden, in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both nations.
