Damascus Countryside, SANA-Final preparations are in progress for the Syrian pavilion at the 62nd Damascus International Fair, an event seen as a key platform to showcase national achievements, attract visitors, and encourage investment in Syria’s recovering economy.
Deputy Director of the General Organization for International Fairs and Exhibitions, Mohammad Al-Saqa, said the pavilion covers around 8,000 square meters, with 4,500 square meters dedicated to events. Fifteen ministries, their affiliated institutions, unions, and federations, along with more than 40 private companies, have confirmed participation.
Al-Saqa noted that each ministry has prepared tailored displays to reflect its activities, while special attention has been given to pavilion design and decor. The fair will also feature cultural festivals and public events, with free entry for visitors.
