Damascus, SANA – Gold prices rose Wednesday in the local markets by 10 thousand SYP, with the price of one gram of 21 karat reaching 980,000.
According to the bulletin issued by the Goldsmiths Association for Jewelry in Damascus, the selling price per gram of gold caliber 21 registered 980 thousand SYP, and the purchase price 960 thousand SYP.
The selling price of each gram of gold caliber 18 registered 840,000 SYP and the purchase price 820,000 SYP.
