Damascus Towers Project… 20,000 apartments distributed across more than 60 towers

Damascus, SANA-The Damascus Towers Project includes 20,000 residential apartments forming an integrated city, the first of its kind in the world

The Project is being implemented by the Italian company Opaco and the Syrian company Yobaco, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing and the General Housing Establishment.

The residential apartments in the project are distributed across more than 60 integrated towers, each of which is 25 stories high, except four towers known as the Royal Butterfly Towers, which rise to 45 stories and become the architectural icon of the city. These butterflies can be seen from any point in the city, from apartments, hotels, or malls. These butterflies are embodied in the sky via 720 panoramic elevators distributed across the 60 towers, which act as butterfly legs to appear as if they are actually flying.

Each tower contains six external panoramic elevators, three on each side, making it easy to see at least 30 moving elevators from any location, since every point in the city overlooks at least 10 towers. This forms a vast tableau of four royal butterflies, each covering 3,600 square meters, moving and changing colors in the sky, transforming the city into a vibrant visual spectacle.

The Damascus Towers Project is a fully integrated city with modern facilities including indoor, outdoor, and rooftop swimming pools, sports fields for tennis, basketball, football, and more. It also features an international shooting club, a world-class equestrian club, an 18-hole international golf course, hotels, shopping centers, and service, educational, healthcare, and religious facilities.

The project will also provide more than 200,000 job opportunities, including 100,000 during construction and 100,000 permanent jobs for operation and maintenance.
