Army establishes control over main rotary in Athrya area in Hama

Hama, SANA-Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, continued their operations against ISIS gatherings and fortified positions in Athrya area in the eastern countryside of Hama, inflicting heavy losses on them.

According to a military source, army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, expanded their operations range in Athrya area in the eastern countryside of Hama, cutting off ISIS main supply routes after establishing control on the rotary of al-Zakia and the crossroad of Deir Hafir.

The source said that many terrorists were killed, others were injured and a number of vehicles and armored vehicles were destroyed during the operations.
