Islamabad, SANA- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed the need to resolve the crisis in Syria through dialogue among Syrians.

Rouhani said in a press conference held on Saturday in the Pakistani capital Islamabad that Iran will intensify efforts in order to reach a political solution to the crises in Syria and Yemen.

“There must be rapprochement among Muslim countries in addition to taking more steps to resolve regional problems,” Rouhani added, noting that Iran has differences with the Saudi regime about ISIS and other terrorist organizations.

Rouhani arrived in Islamabad on Friday accompanied by a senior economic and political delegation.
