Damascus, SANA Temperatures will gradually rise to become above their average from 3 to 4 degrees as the country is being influenced by a low air pressures accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department said in its Thursday bulletin that the skies are clear in general, with some scattered clouds; the winds will be of light speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/16, Aleppo 30/15, Homs 29/16, Hama 32/17 and Lattakia 31/19.
On Friday, temperatures will continue to rise to become above their average from 4 to 5 degrees.
