Damascus, SANA- The Syrian Science Olympiad team members Zein Nofal and Salim Hanna won a bronze medal a certificate of appreciation, respectively, at the 47th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Head of the National Commission for the Syrian Science Olympiad Imad al-Azeb said that the Syrian team confirms the continued presence of Syria in international competitions and its ability to challenge all circumstances and the difficulties imposed on Syria and achieve successes.
With this achievement, Syria has won a total of two certificates of appreciation, one silver medal, and two bronze medals.
