Kualampur, SANA, Syrian students in Malaysia took part in Malaysian annual festival organized by Malaysian Schools Association to introduce their country and its main cultural, historical and civilization heritage.
Syrian students’ participation was embodied in a pavilion that showcased handouts, booklets, brochures, magazines and dailies which illustrate Syria’s civilization and heirtage, Muthana Karkar, representative of the National Union of Syrian Student in Malaysia told SANA.
Other Syrian students said that their participation in the festival was to make it clear how their homeland is being targeted by terrorism and the role of hostile media in defaming the reality of events and misleading public opinion.
The students reaffirmed their loyalty to the homeland and their stand beside it in gountring terrorism.
